Da cure!!!

Assalamualaikum...

Have u ever think dat u're gonna get indigestion problem in juz a second.? Well da truth is u can get it anytime as long as ur stomach feel uncomfortable dat time. So, how it will effect on your health??? First, early symptom is u're gonna lose ur appetite. In other word u might choose da small portion meal even u're so hungry. The second one is, u will get heartburn after waking from da bed. Seriously, dis symptom will lead u to da very unconfortable condition after a few hour later if u're not taking any breakfast. The third one is u will feel thorn in ur stomach n it juz like not letting u to alot of movement. Beware of this stage coz u have to eat sumthing dat easy to digest in order to reduce da acidity in ur stomach. 

So i do have da solution for dis problem.
  1. Do not eat sumthing dat ur stomach cant bear wif like milk or other thing. ( it depend on individual ) 
  2. Remove them n replace it wif sumthing dat give da same nutrition. Eg milk can be replace by soy bean milk. 
  3. Take ur meal on time coz ur biological clock will fix to ur daily food intake.
  4. Neva skip any meal. Coz for those who r diagnose wif dis problem, they cant be in diet coz it can suffer ur stomach.
  5. Always be prepared wif some medicine like GAVISCON, ACTAL or others in case u suddenly feel da pain.
  6. Try to prevent meat, egg, milk, cabbage during da pain. These things can get it worse.

A good news for those who like to eat dark choc coz

    3. It can protect ur skin --->>>German researchers found that the flavonoids in dark chocolate absorb UV light, help protect and increase blood flow to the skin, and improve skin’s hydration and complexion.
    4. Improver overall digestion and help stimulate the kidneys
    I like to eat dis kind of choc. Yummy..!!!






    p/s : I do have a indigestion problem today n i found an article said that the dark choc can help to improve indigestion problem including constipation, heartburn and gastric.
